I have tears welling in my eyes because i don't think I've ever read something that I could relate to so well.

That feeling of impending and compounding doom that things aren't going to work out and with something as simple as a sweet kiss to a temple, you're flooded with irrational and selfish feelings that you thought you got rid of.
