I love Hae's dreams and how they've changed over the years. Your dreams change as you go through life and your circumstances change and now Hae's dream is the bakery, but will that dream change now that he's met Hyukjae?
Hyuk is more of the realist versus the dreamer. He knows what he does for a living and while he might not enjoy it, he knows that it could be worse. He's able to keep himself afloat and have enough money to help Hae if he needs it and all of that money came from him being a realist.
