I am like, so close to crying after reading this. I read the entire fic between last night and today and I actually had to save this chapter for today because this fic is so good I just wanted to savor it, instead of blasting through it at 4 a.m. like I do with a lot of fic I read.
Everything about it, it was perfect. Hyukjae's paranoia and fear, Donghae's infatuation and insecurity and the way he needs people (which is just so true to his character in reality, they're always saying how affectionate he is with the members). The way you described the passion between them was just beautiful. That little moment where they're just lying in bed and Donghae says, "I love you so much I don't even know what to do with myself sometimes"? It was so perfect and felt so real. The way you can't function when you love someone, how it makes you crazy. The jealousy was so spot on. And I loved Heechul's wake-up call to Donghae. It was so Heechul, even the spontaneous violent hug.
