Also, the whole friction within Suju thing is something that interests me because it's almost never done in fic but it has to happen, especially in a group that big. How they get into fights and then resolve them for the sake of friendship or work or memberhood, it's fascinating :D I love how you got exactly what I was trying to portray :D ♥
