this just completely blew me away...the way you write is astoundingly beautiful and there's an easy flow to the story that makes this seem so much shorter. not much happens in a way, yet everythuing happens and i don't even know how you can make such simple interactions seem so, so significant.
There's way too much things to quote, but this one: At fifteen, Hyukjae is gawky limbs and sharp elbows and muddy shoes and dorky smiles, and Donghae loves him so much it hurts. But they're just boys, and they don't know what it means to love; they find the thought icky, they prefer to play football instead.
...is just absolutely amazing.
i love how there's such light, carefree moments that made me laugh and smile, whilst others made my heart clench (god donghae you're killing me); this is just whoa, idek what else to say
